OUR Payment PROCESS

Prices for our services are listed at the right. For items not listed, Estrella Studios will e-mail clients a bid for the work to be done.

Our standard policy requires partial payment from clients prior to the start of a project and before any billable work is incurred. Our standard procedure is 15% in advance of the total project fee or estimate. This is a common procedure within the design industry. Like other professionals, such as architects and lawyers, we're hired based on experience.

Invoices are e-mailed after the work has been completed. You can use your credit cards to pay invoices (through PayPal), or simply print out the invoice and snail-mail a check.

It depends on what you're updating We work on an hourly rate of $80 per hour Most updates shouldn't take more than an hour or so Want to change a sentence or two? Swap out an image? Since your site is likely to be built with Wordpress, we'll show you how to update it yourself! So you'd rather have US make the fix? Most simple changes like this take just a minute or two, and that'll all you'll be charged. (less than $5)
